We booked this condo last min, we appreciate dulce allowing to check in same day. Upon arrive the parking was confusing. This place is located walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife clubs but returning back is quite the workout. You will be exhausted from walking uphill. My kids hated it. Then there are several of stairs to climb to get into the condo. This info wasn’t listed. Furniture is outdated, Rugs are old and dirty. amenities were missing or not working. Everyday I ran into issues, after 3rd day out of 9 nights I booked I wanted to end my reservation. Dryer worked but did not dry. Host was well aware her dryer did not work. She sent over a maintenance guy same day but unable to fix it. I was on vacation having to deal with this. Host is always watching her ring camera. No privacy. She went inside the condo during my stay stating the cleaning ppl provided clean towels. Listing doesn’t mention any cleaning. I was never informed and no cleaning was done.

It was a great place and the host was very easy to communicate with. Friendly neighbours and a nice pool area. Easy walk to the beach and town. Pedregal is a nice community and has access to a private beach, which is amazing during sunsets! Would definitely recommend to stay here.

It was an amazing place and the host was amazing. I would highly recomendable this place to anyone who wants to get away and relax. Pedregal is also an amazing community.

Amazing views. Great security. Neighbours were very friendly. Dulce was great! Walking distance to the city and beach
