Отличное место. Удобный, прекрасно оснащённый всем необходимым, чистый дом прямо на берегу моря. Редкий случай, когда реальность превосходит ожидания. Гостеприимные хозяева встретили, всё показали, подсказали, отвезли на рынок и в супермаркет, а когда пришло время уезжать - проводили.

Our stay was perfect!! Inga is a perfect host very reactive she worries a lot about her guests. The place is quiet, a bit isolated so you really need a car! We spent a very good time in her house and hope to come back one day!

The Beach House Svetlans is a remarkable place because of the location and cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The house is practically on the beach and you can step out of the house and jump into the sea or lie down in the magnetic sand. Almost all rooms have sea view and the house has a small terrace and a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, the sigh of the coastline (and sometimes even dolphins) and beautiful sunset. The small yard with beautiful pine trees is another place to relax. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, with great mattresses and pillows. Each guest is provided with all necessities for the stay at the beach house. All rooms are air conditioned, which is rare find and can be helpful during hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has small balcony where you can store goods. The house has three bathrooms which is very helpful when several people are staying. The entire place gives you the sensation of calmness and comfort. Svetland is perfect for a family with kids or a group of friends willing to enjoy a vacation together. My stay over weekend in beach house Svetland was fabulous with its beautiful surroundings and amazing landscapes. My stay would not be so impressive and excellent without its super hostess, who made it unforgettable with every detail needed for spending my time in Svetland. Highly-recommend this beautiful house for getting rid of stress and urban fuss.

One of the most beautuful places at the seaside if you are looking for a quiet, romantic vacation with your family or as a couple. Beautiful in the morning as you sit at the balcony or outside near the sea, with cup of hot coffee, smelling morning breese, blue sea and wet grass and trees. Stunning in the evening with glass of wine and amasingly beautiful, golden sunset. The place is quiet. The beach is not overcrowded and you will not hear loud music day and night. If you want to enjoy loud night life you can go to Batumi, which is just one hour to drive. The house is cosy and fully equiped for any kinds of needs, very nice and clean, just in front of the seaside, which starts at the end of the beautiful, green yard. Exact choice for 'lazy' people who love to jump into the sea directly from home. You will need to cook. So it's a good idea to buy some products before getting here. Hosts Inga and her sister Natalia are excellent people, very nice and attentive. They will help you with every problem and give you good instructions and advices. Very friendly place for children. They can safely play at the yard and swim in the sea, which is not deep for quite long distance near the beach. The sand at the beach is magnetic. You can sit in front of the house, drink coffee and look at you children swimming and playing. In the morning they can see dolphins in the sea who come very close to catch fish. You can take children to Tsitsinatela - amusement park 15 min drive from Grigoleti. Great place even in rain. Music hall Bleack Sea Arena is very close and they have concerts almost every day. You will not be bored. Excellent place to write a book, paint or create music!!!

We spent an amazing week at Inga's cozy house. It is just the right place for a quite, relaxing vacation. The hostesses have considered many comfort details that help guests feel like home. The place is quite child friendly too. Grigoleti is my favourite place on the Black Sea coast and Inga's house made it even more special place to stay and relax. My family and I enjoyed our time there and would love to go back next year.
