Coco was extremely helpful and quick in assisting my booking. Booked for an urgent family trip and catered to a big family everyone praised and said they enjoyed their stay after a tiring trip. Coco was very flexible to allow my elderly families to check in earlier and didn’t have a second thought when we asked for a later check out by 12PM. We will definitely recommend to our friends and other families should they travel to Penang. Once again thank you Coco for your great hospitality. She even checked how many of us and that she would prepare us bath towels ! Going the extra miles thank you so much

The house is super dirty, we had to sweep and mop the house after check in. And the host dosen't know how to speak english. She told me to google translate it by myself after speaking to me in chinese. Very bad I will not suggest this house. Waste of money and also rude host. There are no mirror at all in this house, you have to bring your own mirror or get ready in you car lol.
