We loved our stay! The suite was just perfect. It was a joy to stay in such this new, clean accommodation. Felt just like home. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, quiet country setting. Ricky was super responsive to our requests. Without a doubt, we will return

This is a new build in a quiet rural area of Colquitz/Central Saanich and is a suite over a garage in a multi-residence building. Facilities for shopping, dining, automotive, are not far away. Note, the location is listed on apple maps, car gps, etc., either as Victoria or Saanich. The facilities were correct and as shown, with good bed, kitchen appliances, TV and wifi, clean bathroom, etc. Ricky responded quickly to messages. The hosts may be new to bnb so directions for parking differed from what we had read, and we needed assistance: e-key lock; kitchen items not immediately apparent or not present, so on. Pleasant interactions sorted out most things after finding kitchen items placed with cleaning material under the sink. A few regular items still missing such as a teapot. The hosts had placed a nice welcome basket on table. We had a very nice and quiet three day stay and any minor glitches will doubtless be straightened out with future experience.

The place is brand new as described, comfy and nice! Got help right away when we had problem getting into the house. We had a great night there.

We were there couple of times, Nice and clean please to stay, Evan our baby also prefer to continue stay. You will have total privacy and no noises from anywhere.Ricky doing grate job.. Thanks Ricky.....

Very nice suite, clean, smells new and had everything that we could possibly need. It was nice having the washer and the dryer. Nice and comfy, would choose to stay there again.
