We stayed a few nights in Tokyo at Tomida’s place and really enjoyed it. The flat is in a strategic position close to a couple of metro lines and buses, close to bars and restaurants. The Tokyo Tower is right there at 5 mins by walking and the surrounding is also very nice as a tourist. Tomida has been very responsive and kind before and during our stay. We had some WiFi issues and Tomida gave us a mobile WiFi that we could use instead. The flat is big and really nice and clean. The only thing we couldn’t find was clutery for the few times we ate inside. We had plenty of towels, hair dryers, shower gels and many other things. We really didn’t need to buy anything! Highly recommended! :)

Spacious and well-located apartment. This can easily turn into a ‘rare find’ if the owner focuses on some low cost details. Tomida was very responsive and acted quickly to fix some issues. Even though the 3 bedrooms can accommodate 5 people, there weren’t enough dining plates, cutting knives, cutlery, nor basic stuff like table salt. Any guest wants to maximize their time for fun stuff and not settling in, and usually well stocked apartment enables that. For anyone 5’ 10” or more, beware of the kitchen stove hood. The corner sticks out and very easy to smack into it and can cause injury (it did).

Good place with good location, but not clean, missing basic amenities. Host was highly responsive, but not a good communicator. Would not stay again nor recommend.

The apartment is very spacious we are a group of 5 and there are plenty of room. There is a family mart 50meter away and another big 7-11 in 3 mins walk. The train station is around 8-10 mins walk but the walk is quite pleasant and there is a “food street” next to it that have lots of restaurant and even one McDonald ! Host Esha is very responsive, she even reply me questions at 2 am midnight. Highly recommend if you are a big group or family. PS if you are driving , there is a small car park right next to the building :)
