Lots of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife just around the corner. The apartment is an elegant and stylish apartment in a beautiful 1890 house close to Järntorget. It's the classical grand design of the old school Swedish architecture. The apartment is 100 square meters large and is modern and has beautiful pieces of furniture. Kind of the opposite to the old architectural design. A mix that is very good in my own view. The apartment has its view against the nice river called Svartån. The guest room has its own large balcony, and view over the nice inner court yard. Since the room doesn't face the street, it's very silent in the room due to the thick stone walls. When you come out, you will see the beautiful Frimis, Svartån and park as well as see and hear the busy traffic, people and places. The bathroom is modern with washing machine. It's two bedrooms, one bedroom I rent out, and the other one I live in myself. The room I rent out is close to the entrance and is a bit separated by the long hallway section in the middle, so it still gets privacy. The guest room has a big walk-in closet with lots of hangers. It's a real professional work desk that has an electric motor for raising or lowering it, with a very good ergonomic office chair from German Interstuhl. You have Philips Hue lights in the ceiling for very clear and bright light all around the room. The Philips Hue lamps can be controlled wireless if wanted. It's a very comfortable bed with very good mattresses. it's 200 cm x 140 cm, so two people can sleep without problem . If you stay alone, you have a big king size bed for yourself!
