We enjoyed our stay! The property was beautifully maintained, and the staff were very friendly. We loved that the breakfast included fresh fruit and a really nice espresso coffee machine available for use whenever. Our only complaint was the hardness of the bed, however my wife seemed to sleep well anyways. Would recommend for anyone renting a car or scooter to be a bit outside the town.

Communication and service was outstanding. Upon arriving in Pai you just give Karl a call and he will make sure that you will be picked up within 10 minutes. The house is about 2km away from the center of pai, but is only a 10 minute drive either with car or motorcycle. Karl lended us is motorbike for the first night so we could get some food downtown. We actually got a flat tire on the way back but Karl was very relaxt about it and it was no problem at all. We booked the xpai 6 which has 2 queensize beds in seperate rooms so more then enough space, the only remark i have is that the mattress is a little bit hard but this is probably just personal taste. The swimming pool is amazing during hot days and will definitely give you a nice cooldown. More then enough to do in pai so definitely recommend this to anyone. Furthermore Karl and is wife are excellent hosts and will probably invite you for a beer or a whisky at their house at some point.
