Come home to Anatalia Residences! Our 3-story townhouse is nestled in the bustling city of Mandaue. With its 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and extra spacious living area, this home is perfect for families or groups. Whether you want to explore the city or simply relax, our home offers the perfect destination for you! Our home's design inspiration was combining modern design and green architectural practices. A light well is strategically positioned at the center of the house, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow throughout the three levels, promoting energy efficiency and reducing humidity, especially in the summer months. As you enter through the bright and welcoming high-ceiling entryway, you will find the open layout design of the ground floor that connects the living, dining, kitchen, pantry, and powder room. The staircase is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. It showcases a natural stone accent wall with a diamond pattern, while the stairs are made of fabricated metal, wooden stair treads, and handrails that add a beautiful piece to the area and give it a natural modern look. The open stair riser allows for an unobstructed view and air circulation. Additionally, natural ventilation is utilized throughout the area and comes equipped with ceiling fans. The second floor houses the master's bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, both of which have twin-size beds and pull-out beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The lower ground floor provides extra space with two queen-sized sofa beds that accommodate up to four people. This space opens to a quaint gravel-bed backyard where you can lounge about. The space is naturally ventilated, with a portable stand fan and ceiling fan. We have also installed a rainwater harvesting system using bamboo-reinforced concrete tanks in the front and back of the house. This system can be used for various purposes, such as cleaning, washing, and watering plants.

All area has no ventilation even in the CR not comfortable. when we get in we didnt expect the house is very very hot we are all sweating AC in common areas not functioning only in the rooms.
The place is nice and affordable especially if you are a group or family. The amenities are good as well. The host is accommodating and responsive. I hope there is an option to use the aircon in the common area even with additional cost. Overall, it is a nice experience and we will definitely stay here again given a chance.

Our location is strategically situated, making it an ideal place to stay if you plan to visit Mactan Island, as well as the northern and southern parts of Cebu.
