We had a great stay at Marvin's place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Marvin was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!
It’s my 2nd time here.. Message the host to meet you at the lobby area and he will hand over the unit keys. And you got a room that feels like home. Very simple and easy to check in and check out. I will definitely come back.
Super satisfied with the place! Will definitely book here again in the future. The place was clean, all kitchen utensils are working and useful. Marvin was also very easy to communicate with anytime during our stay. Very proactive with guest comms before, during and after our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the unit and the host. The Building is just beside AliMall, just a few minutes walk going to Gateway Malls 1 & 2, Araneta Coliseum, Farmer's Plaza and Farmer's Market. with lots of Transportation going from North to South and safe Place to walk around also.
Covered Paid Parking is Available just across the Building (Manhattan Heights) Pls prepare 250 to 300 Pesos for Parking Fee Overnight
