Modern and cozy three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment, located on the picturesque Via Contessa Matilde, just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Tower of Pisa. Upon entering, there is a cozy living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a dining area for six diners. The kitchen, part of this same area, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for its use. The first bedroom, accessible from the living room, has a double bed and a large wardrobe, next to it, a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a spectacular en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have wonderful views of the city’s historic walls. The third bedroom, located to the right of the living room, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. This apartment is located on one of the most well-known avenues in Pisa, allowing guests to easily explore the city’s most emblematic monuments, as well as enjoy the local shops and restaurants. The city of Pisa charges a tourist tax (4% over the total amount of your reservation) per stay. This tax applies to all visitors, is not included in the room rate, and will be paid directly at the accommodation upon arrival. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

A spacious apartment for 5 adults and a baby, with the added bonus of 3 bathrooms. The apartment is in a charming old building, and decorated/ finished to a high spec, which was unexpected. The highlight of this listing however is the host Letizia. She contacted us in advance to offer us recommendations and help plan our trip. She was kind and thoughtful and responsive prior to and during our time in Pisa. Thank you Letizia and Genteel Home!!
L’appartamento è bellissimo, arredato con molto gusto e con la presenza di un bagno in ogni camera, ottimale per noi che eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone. Tutto di nuova ristrutturazione. La posizione vicinissima alla torre di Pisa, dal balcone di una stanza si può addirittura vedere uno scorcio della torre. Un ultimo commento lo vorrei lasciare per Letizia, una ragazza splendida sempre reattiva nella risposte, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sulla zona (attrazioni,locali,pub) e inoltre è stata molto d’aiuto in momenti di disagio creati dai mezzi. Grazie, super consigliato!
We had such a great stay in Pisa. The flat was such a great find. So close to the tower itself you could easily pop back. Facilities were excellent, so nice to each have an ensuite too and the beds were so comfortable. We were even provided with a welcome bottle of wine which was a really nice touch! Letizia was so helpful and so responsive. She gave us local tips and helped sort ourselves out and make plans. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for such a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

As first time visitors ( family of 5) to Italy, we were nervous about how we will get about exploring Pisa and the surrounding towns. The host, Leti and her father made this extremely easy for us. She sent us recommendations ( things to do, areas to visit near the apartment, restaurant that locals try etc) before our trip and also went above and beyond by ensuring someone was there in person to welcome us and make us comfortable. She was always available to chat to give her recommendations and guidance. They also offered to arrange our drop off to the airport and it's a service that even most hotels don't provide. I have stayed plenty of airbnbs throughout the world but Leti's apartment was extremely welcoming and friendly service. MUST VISIT!!!
