The place is fine, the communication was average at best. There were totally inconsistent and unreasonable directives given. We were asked to clean out the fireplace but they didn’t provide the appropriate equipment to do so safely, i.e. a fireplace shovel, but when we explained this, they insisted we do it somehow anyway (!) and waved a fine at our faces? That was very stressful for hours. Luckily after some clearly constructed arguments, with evidence, from our side, someone else from HR came around, and that person was professional. They changed their stance and said they’ll provide future guests with the equipment for it. We hope that will be the case.
Great stay. I booked this Air BnB for a long term stay and it had everything we needed. The hosting service was very responsive and any issues we had were rapidly resolved. The online registration procedure is a bit of a cycle and could be simplified. Air Keeper is however very service oriented and made sure we had a good stay and were serviced with anything we needed which was great. Definately a good deal and besides small hickups a great place to stay.
It is an excellent and cozy place to stay with family. I recommend this 100% to anyone looking for a superb staycation.
