We stayed at this Airbnb location during our recent visit to Alor Setar (Southern region) this past February. It was clean and the location was convenient. It was a bit pricey during that time compared to the other places, but we ended up extending for another night and enjoyed our time there. The AC worked. The host was responsive and flexible enough to accommodate for our schedule changes last minute (thank you, Surinda!). There was a cracked glass but, hey, that happens even at my own house, so no point was taken off. There was no issue with the neighbors. There was only one set of keys and gate remote control. If you travel with a bunch of people, it requires coordination to share the keys. For example, someone needs to close the door and gate for you when you leave for somewhere. Overall, we were satisfied and happy with the stay!
