Generally fine but my following comments 1. we made sure to request for inspection before checkout but i was told it was not necessary. 2. there is something wrong with the claim. obviously the door knob was not fine which we noticed at some point during the stay. there was no necessity to raise a claim for this and later drop it. 3. the damaged light did not happen during our stay. we did not notice this obviously during the stay and surely did not happen when we were around. the claim for this is false. 4. the water was not replenished and was available for only day one. 5. the towels were not replenished. 6. wanted assistance on door delivery of food if possible but was not available.

its a very nice place and i really want to book again and again and again, but the price is kind of little bit high if the owner lowers it down i would come here everytime i visit Riyadh for real!
