Richard’s place was just as described. I had a large family and had room for everyone. As my day approached Richard reached out to me and gave all the info. He had beaching equipment. My only gripe would be there were not enough beach towels but had I not forgotten mine I never would have noticed. My mother and godmother stayed in the detached suite which they loved their only complaint was they had to climb stairs outside of that everything was great!! I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is my new vacation home in Destin Florida. I used to stay at Sandestin property. now I have a new location. This is my home away from home. It’s beautiful it’s clean everything for my convenience. I would recommend this for anyone. Who’s wanna have a wonderful time in Destin. The beach is just across the street also it’s just 17 minutes drive down to all, the stores it’s really nice there. I had a wonderful time spending my birthday in this house it’s very soundproof. You can play your music no disturb outside. The pool was warmed up by the time we got there. Thank you Richard you has been a wonderful host. I really do appreciate you. God bless you.

I can’t say enough about how relaxing and beautiful this home is! The kids love the space, pool and walking distance to the beach! My mom and I love the beauty and every inch and aspect and the fact that nothing was left out of this gorgeous home! So quiet, clean, inviting, spacious and PEACEFUL! It has been our pleasure being here and I wish this stay was a few days longer but work calls! This trip was everything and then some that we’d hoped for. Thank you so much! The pleasure was ours!!

Great property!!! 1-2 min walk to the community pool/tennis/basketball. 5 min walk to the beach and the Crab Trap Restaurant. Property was very clean in good condition. Shaded pool was a nice break from the sun. The property manager was very responsive/timely. I wish the property would have offered a golf cart, but we rented one which allowed us to enjoy Scenic Hwy. Having the golf cart made it convenient to enjoy many restaurants and shops. Had a party of 9 (4 adults / 5 kids) and this property had plenty of space. The rec room/bedroom above the garage was great for young adults/teens.
