Firstly, it has to be said what a great host Darren is. His communication was brilliant. He answered any questions I had and was proactive in making recommendations too. He was also very kind in offering an earlier check in as the van was empty the day before we arrived - we really appreciated this with 4 kids in tow. The van was lovely and tidy and well equipped: smart tv, all kitchen bits and bobs, toilet rolls as well as some cooking essentials too! You need to take your own bedding - sheets etc, and towels - which I needed to check and wasn’t on the listing but Darren answered that query straight away. The deck was lovely! The pool was easy to book each day but I imagine in summer it would get super busy. The area was a bit of a let down. One shop and a very expensive restaurant called ‘Not just spaghetti’ and a cafe! Chippy has closed and most shut after 5. Beach is close and ok but on high tide only stones/ rocks. Area needs investment but this is no fault of Darren’s or park.
