Please note it is a very narrow driveway and will only accommodate a mid-size sedan.
Stayed in unit C with family members. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Two of the bedrooms did not have any place to hang clothing. There was a lovely porch, but no furniture on it so one could sit and enjoy the weather. Since the dwelling accommodates up to nine people, one would expect enough furniture to sit at least nine people. There were only three kitchen chairs and not enough seating in the living room. Parking on the street worked out well as did the one parking spot in the back of the house. The street is busy/noisy and since the residence is near a hospital, there were helicopters landing daily. There are a lot of stairs to climb to enter this unit. The kitchen is very well stocked. The dryer did not work.
Accurate description, plenty of room for two families, well stocked kitchen, walkable to downtown, restaurants nearby, easy street parking/one spot down driveway, nice outdoor space. Would come again!
Nice location with clean & roomy bedrooms. Kitchen had excellent amenities. Large bedroom (2 Kings) is very close to the street. 2nd bedroom fan didn’t work, so we contacted the property mgmt. They responded within a few minutes and let me know they would let maintenance know…it never got fixed. The washer started leaking and the dryer was turning off before it was done. Let the mgmt company know and they responded within minutes that they would let maintenance know. Don’t know if it got fixed.
We had such a great time during a bachelorette trip to this property! It looked exactly like the photos and was in a great location in Charleston. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is the parking was a nightmare!! You only get 1 parking spot at the house, which can only fit a small car or small suv. My ford explorer BARELY fit down the driveway. Also the listing says there is street parking- however I feel like this is a little misleading. There are no designated spots for residents to use, and we didn’t feel like it was safe to leave our car on the street over night. Also- the parking deck they recommend to use is pretty far from the Airbnb, not really walkable. With that being said I would still recommend this Airbnb. The host was great and super kind and responsive

Each house is beautifully unique. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.
