We had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful with the beach ten feet in front of the driveway. Stocked with beach toys, a grill, beach towels and much more. Very welcoming for a family trip. Views were amazing at sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended

This house was perfect for our family of four; we like to spread out. From the Master bedroom, I could wake up to the sunrise and the sounds of the ocean, or keep the shades closed if I wanted to sleep in - they were very effective at blocking out the light. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were a very comfortable size. The kitchen was so well equipped, the only thing I did not find was a peeler but I was delighted to find knives that were sharp, plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, grilling accessories, 2 blenders. The location was perfect for us - close enough to the shops, restaurants and historic sites of St Augustine but just far enough to be free of traffic and crowds. I'm accustomed to beaches in the northeast and mid-Atlantic which tend to get very crowded. Here, we had the whole beach to ourselves. Ragga Cafe was our favorite spot to walk to in the mornings - great coffee and breakfast on the beach. This house and location is a gem!

This beautiful home was the perfect space for 5 adults and 2 dogs. Very comfortable layout. Kitchen is very well equipped. We are a Gulf Coast family, and could not believe how private the beach is. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises ! Lauren is an excellent host. She was concerned about our comfort and very responsive! Grocery store and restaurants are close by. Excellent recommendations from Lauren in advance of our trip! We recommend this home to anyone looking for some quiet beach-time. We hope to return !

Location is everything, this home is situated right on the beach and we practically had the beach to ourselves. We appreciated the many amenities and nice touches in the home, the multi level decks, beach gear, well stocked kitchen, decor and family gathering space. The proximity to St Augustine, Flagler Beach and Marine land was ideal.

Beautiful views and perfect beach house. Beach was basically private, very few people were seen. My family had the perfect break away from our fast paced lives. Would come back again, no question!
