I told Eleni that I had booked this place by accident and I booked it last minute. I actually called her two hours or so after I made the booking and explained to her my situation and that I had booked it by accident and no longer needed the property. She responded that she doesn’t really work on a Sunday anyway and that I could have a cleaning fee refunded, bearing in mind at the cleaning fee, was around €30 and property cost over €100. Eleni told me the woman that deals with the property wasn’t around. After explaining the situation, I asked if on Monday when the woman who is managing the property was back whether she could contact me and we could come to some kind of arrangement. She didn’t contact me and as such I ended up still paying the full amount. Luckily, Airbnb have since said that I can have a full refund which I’m really grateful for. Excellent customer service. Thank you Air BnB team.
Eleni was an amazing host. she was very warm and welcoming to her cottage resort. The rooms are clean and well preserved. The only constructive feedback I could give is to provide bathing soap for guests.
A wonderful traditional village, The cottages as expected, rustic and very cypriot. Eleni the host was verry helpful. If you want a traditional expereince then this is for you, quiet away from the tourist area A 5 min drive to the beach and 15 mins depending on traffic to the tourist area A good starting point for trips as Limassol is in the centre. Became friends with the cats. I loved venturing out and coming back to the village to chill. There is a brillaint bakery on the way up to the village, a must stop, cakes, drinks and delicous greek pastries.
We had a great time!! The place was clean and cozy!!
