The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for your stay. Water is provided for drinking and cooking. Outside you will find a large deck that connects to a sweet screen porch. There is a brand new Weber grill and plenty of seating on the deck. The yard is spacious and very private. There are wooden platforms at the water's edge that connect to the dock. A perfect place to sit and watch the wildlife! The new firepit sits right out near the water. The property is conveniently located near I95 and area trails. It's 15 minutes from Newport which has shopping, restaurants, and a laundromat. Bangor and Waterville are 30 minutes away. The Moosehead Lake and Bar Harbor regions are a few hours away. Belfast and Bucksport are just under an hour.
