We had a great experience, after a muck up with the keys Amy made sure to make sure we were satisfied and allowed us a later check out! The apartment was spotless, quiet and the bedding was so soft and nice. The design of the apartment is ever modern and beautiful. 5 stars from us :)

During the stay, the bed frame in 2nd bedroom broke. I called Amy. She said that she suggested the owner change the unsafe bed long time ago and the owner ignored it. So I believe that the bed was not in good condition, but the owner wanted me to pay for it. The bed just 145 dollars. Finally the owner charged me 280 dollars to replace a brand new bed without sending me any receipts. I feel it’s very unfair for me. For the check in instructions. Amy sent me 3 photos, showing me different addresses which are confusing me. I couldn’t find the locker and car parking. Finally I called Amy, then spent long time to figure out where. I also extended one more night, but the owner requested me pay the money outside of Airbnb. The owner gave me a private bank account… Overall, terrible and unsafe experience for me.
