Looking for a private room as comfortable and inviting as a hotel room, well look no further! Our private guest room comes equipped with a queen size bed, 2 end tables (both with lamps that have a USB and USB-C outlet), extra chargers and outlets for your devices, freshly washed towels that are individually packaged just for you, a folding luggage rack for your luggage, flat screen TV with Apple TV that has all of the streaming apps at the ready, an Alexa assistant device, and a full coffee bar. This is a well lived in home that had a spare room that we figured we'd maximize. There are 3 humans and 2 dogs here at all times, and while we do our best to keep the place as quiet as possible, we do also live here full time as well.

I travel alot, one of the best air bnbs I've ever stayed at. Smart home with Alexa integrated and absolutely spotless clean. My spot to stay in Charlotte in the future.
I must say Shawn place was perfect for me. I can’t make this up lol, it really was. I don’t have any complaints. Everything was clean. Everything was as Shawn said it would be. Everything was as the reservation displayed! Shawn’s home is so therapeutic and a real home away from home because Shawn makes sure it is! I was so appreciative of Shawn, his kindness, and his generosity! I can honestly say I would stay with Shawn again lol. <3
This stay was incredible, host was very kind and we had everything we needed!! Everything was so well thought out and convenient!
Shawn’s place was amazing, very clean and spotless, I loved their game room located upstairs!. Shawn and his Husband were very friendly and attentive during my stay and gave me everything I needed. Would visit again.
He's a really great host and has cute dogs. Also has amazing attention to detail.

Fairly quiet subdivision that is close to lots of shopping. yet far enough away from the city that you won't have constant noise or light pollution.
We are in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte. Charlotte doesn’t have a Subway per se, but we have our version which is the Lightrail, there are 7 different Lightrail stations that are a 15 minute drive from us (I-485, Arrowood, Sharon Road West, Archdale, Tyvola, Woodlawn, and Scaleybrook stations). As far as Bus Stations the closest one to us is Steele Creek and Branch Bend Lane which appears to be route 55 and it’s right outside of the neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.

Hi All! I work from home, and outside of going to the gym 5 days a week I'm basically a homebody, but I do know the area of you have questions. I work in healthcare, but am on the technical side of things, so if you get hurt I'm not a doctor! Just so you know, I am gay and married in an open relationship. In addition to my husband and I we also have a gay roommate and 2 dogs that live with us full time.
