This home is part of a small community on the shores of Wapato Lake - walking distance to wineries with breathtaking views of the mountains, surrounding lakes, orchards, and vineyards. Manson is 4 miles away on the north shore of Lake Chelan with tasting rooms, eateries, and amenities. Launch your boat at Kamei Campground and use our private dock/buoy. Max occupancy is 8 (6 adults). No pets. Two nights negotiable upon request (Oct-Apr). The lake view will welcome you from the moment you walk in. This open concept living room, dining, and kitchen is the heart of the home and perfect for entertaining. Gather together around the fireplace and dining table or just outside on the 55 ft deck. The beautiful full kitchen has a farmhouse sink, double ovens, dishwasher, and induction stovetop. The primary room is located on the main floor with sweeping views of the lake. Enjoy the heated floors in the ensuite bathroom and plenty of space for your belongings in the walk-in closet. The main floor also has an office space with a full/double daybed that can be used for sleeping. This office "nook" space has a flatscreen TV and wall lights. It's the perfect place to cozy up to a book or watch a movie. A barn door is used for privacy and a 3/4 bath is just outside. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed (twin on top and full on the bottom). Separating the bedrooms is a living area with a sectional couch and flatscreen TV (Roku allows for joining apps like Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Hulu, etc.). A large additional bathroom offers double sinks and heated flooring. The laundry room has a full washer and dryer for use (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The bedrooms, living area, and laundry room have doors to the patio. The patio has an 8-person hot tub, outdoor seating area with fire table, and two lounge chairs. Proceed down the tiered grass areas and nature steps (no railing) for lake access. The shared private dock (right side) is available for use along with a boat buoy. The driveway has ample parking space and a spare parking area at the top of the property for your boat trailer.
