Positives - it is in Futerventura, it was cleanish with plenty of towels, crater water park was massively enjoyed by our 8 year old, staff are super helpful and friendly. Negatives - The whole village is run down and felt like a council estate in middle of desert, broken pavements are a real issue, it’s a 10 minute walk to nearest pool your allowed to use or any of the facilities, the railing on the stairs were broken and unsafe, upstairs shower didn’t work, it was 2 single beds in double room (advert states double), half the blinds were broken and didn’t work, kitchen is not well equipped and lacks basic cooking utensils. There is a notice in the kitchen stating that if you do not leave the kitchen clean you will be charged, bit much when you have already paid cleaning fee upfront. At check-in they tried to take a 200 euro deposit, I point blank refused, they eventually accepted my refusal! In advert check in states 3pm, check-out 11am, in reality check-in isn’t till 5pm and 10am
El alojamiento está en una urbanización muy aislada donde Pierre Et Vacances tiene un pequeño hotel y también gestionan algunas casas lejos de la recepción. Tienes que ir a recepción a buscar la llave y esperar en la cola como si fueras un cliente del hotel. La hora de salida no estaba indicada en la reserva y luego te dicen que tienes que abandonar la casa a las 10:00 am. No te atienden por teléfono, te cuelgan, estuve llamando durante 1 hora y al final me tuve que desplazar a recepción. Muebles antiguos. No hay prácticamente menaje de cocina ni utensilios: sólo 1 cuchillo de cortar sin afilar, no hay microondas, ni tabla de cortar, ni paleta plana de cocinar etc. Mesa del comedor sucia y manchada, para sólo 2 personas y solo 2 sillas. No había presión de agua caliente. En la urbanización solamente la cafetería y el supermercado del hotel con precios carísimos, y el pueblo muy lejos, 10 minutos en coche. Hay otras casas en la urbanización de anfitriones privados mucho mejores
