The house was beautiful however the dishwasher was FULL of dirty dishes, the stove was not throughly cleaned, and appliances did not look like they were wiped down. The grill outside was not cleaned at all it was dirty from the last time it was used and there was no propane to even start with. I’ve stayed at many air bnbs at the beach and the grills were always cleaned. Some bathrooms had hand soap in the dispensers and some didn’t. When I asked about it they said they don’t provide hand soap. To top it off the AC downstairs was not working and we were not able to get someone out there for 2 nights. Carolina rentals was not responsive on the air bnb message app so you had to call or text their Carolina rental line. They did not reimburse for any of the inconveniences we had and did not offer anything. To me I felt like they simply did not care. They got the air fixed after I had to reach out to the to check the status. Overall the place is beautiful and has an Amazing view.

The home itself was wonderful and was well-maintained. However, the management company that manages this place for the owners is a bit unclear and difficult to deal with and and is quite petty with the requirements they have for the cleaning, however when asked for a clarification asked to if they really expected all the cleaning task to be done by the guest they clarified that they were to be taken lightly, however, in the checkout instructions, nothing indicated that. Overall great experience though.
