A large, 330 sq ft., sunny bedroom with separate sitting area, work space and your own modern bath in a historic home in the center of Amherst. Walk less than five minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, book store, shopping, entertainment and parks. Amherst College is a .3 mile (7 minute) walk through historic downtown, and the University of Massachusetts is .7 mile walk (14 minutes) past historic homes. The bedroom is on the main floor with windows on two walls and a separate entrance opening into the sunroom. The sunroom is shared. The orange futon may be used as a bed for an extra person at additional charge of $25 per day. There is no carbon monoxide detector because the house is heated and airconditioned with geothermal energy, and all appliances are electric. There is no gas coming into the house.
