Cozy room in a spacious apartment with tons of natural light located in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Maspeth, Queens. Within walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, banks, and various stores. Ideal for people looking to explore this great city. There are two other rooms in the apartment occupied by us. The bedroom has a queen size bed and personal work space. The rest of the apartment features a social bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. Next to it, you will find the dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, for when the weather is nice, a beautiful balcony with comfy chairs and a table. Rules: no parties, no smoking, no drugs, no pets in the apartment. The area is very quiet and safe, we are 40 minutes from Manhattan, close to buses, trains, restaurants, churches, supermarkets, and commerce in general.

How to get to Manhattan
Take the bus Q58 or Q59, the Stop is only 5 minutes away. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you get to the train station, transfer, and from there is about a 28 minute ride to manhattan
Car
We are strategically located just a few blocks away from the Queens/midtown and Long island expressway which makes it super easy to get around if you have a car (or get a taxi/ Uber). It takes about 25 minutes to get to Manhattan, less than 20 minutes to get to Brooklyn, around 20-30 minutes to get to the Bronx
Public transport
The apartment is within walking distance (5 min) of many bus stops where you can access the Q58, Q59, B57, Q39, Q67, Q18. The nearest train station is “Gran avenue- Newton” and is only a 15 minute Bus Ride Away. At this train station you can access the E, M, and R lines
