Really lovely house and Sarita was really responsive. Gave great instructions on how to get there and the area and place was absolutely lovely! House was really clean when we got there, beds were really comfortable. Only thing we would have liked is there was no garden furniture to sit outside and also could do with wine glasses, few more plates and bowls etc. But all in all a fantastic place to stay!
The stay was very comfortable and convenient for our family. The host was very responsive. The facility had everything we needed.
House was ok, responsive host Sarita was lovely. I did ask for late checkout and was told that I’d have to pay for another night at a discounted rate (double terms and conditions), but when I had pointed out the terms and conditions to Danny I was then pointed to Sarita who had agreed to follow the terms and conditions. There was a Smokey smell in the main bedroom and bathroom which wasn’t nice. Crisp crumbs in corners and dead insects were left. Also only had a limited number of toilet rolls, and was told to go to the shop down the road to get some more! For the amount of people we had and the time we were there they didn’t provide enough rolls. Sarita was responsive for this and did give money to buy some more, but regardless I think there should be extra rolls in one of the cupboards. Parking/ getting to the house could have been clearer. However, check in and out was easy the house was a decent layout and size might be abit tight for 10 people though.
