电梯不ok ，有大件行李的需慎重，住宿ok ，房间干净舒适的，因为电梯问题，最后房东都不回复了，这点服务稍微让我觉得有点失望，我们最后选择搬行李下楼，而不是选择用电梯因为怕临时又坏又被关，影响行程。

5 Sterne. Wir sind absolut zufrieden gewesen mit der Unterkunft von Sarah & Pedro. Die Kommunikation und die Unterstützung von Sarah hat uns absolut geholfen. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch die Wohnungsumgebung im Bereich des kulturellen Mittelpunktes von Lissabon hat uns sehr zugesagt. Lediglich der Fußweg in Richtung City ist etwas weit und beschwerlich, hierfür gibt es aber im Nahbereich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, diese mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Wer gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann hierbei jedoch auch sehr viel entdecken. Sehr gerne wieder!

Myself and my best friend stayed at Sarah & Pedro's place for a few days and we absolutely loved it. Incredible views from the balcony, spotless and comfortable interior, and great location in Belém. The more hands-off approach of leaving the apartment keys in a lock-box worked very well for us, being that we're independents in our early 20s, and we appreciated being trusted to handle ourselves appropriately with the property. The only fault I have is that the elevator is very sketchy, but we didn't mind having to take the stairs. I can imagine this is more of an issue if you have large or heavy luggage. Just make sure to use a flashlight in the stairwell at night! Overall, we had an excellent experience, one of the best BnBs both me and my friend have stayed in, considering the apartment itself and it's stunning location, 10 minutes walk down the hill from Pasteis de Belem and all the main transport into Lisbon and the local area.
