This was a wonderful unit in a very walkable location. Michael and team were extremely quick with communication and responses. They were also able to arrange pickup and drop off at the airport. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and without issue. Highly recommend coming here! Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at Michael's apartment. Its central location in Ponta Delgada is ideal, with a grocery store right at your doorstep and just a 10-minute walk to the center. There are also restaurants walking distance. The added bonus of covered private parking, complete with an electric car charger, was excellent. Accessing the apartment on the first floor is effortless thanks to the elevator or stairs. Inside, the apartment is both cozy and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a spacious bedroom. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, but the real highlight is the pillows – we absolutely loved them. We had a warm welcome from the concierge and we really enjoyed the welcome basket with local products :) We will definitely come back.
