We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Good location with a market and good restaurants a short walk away. Apartment was very spacious and had free car parking which is a great amenity. We would stay here again!
Katarina was so gracious to meet us during the check in and help us to orient ourselves on the location and workings of the apartment. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and artistically renovated, just like in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom was very well equipped and spacious, beds comfortable. You get a beautiful sunset view of the Gruz marina. Location was superb, just opposite supermarket, bus stop and restaurants. Getting to and from the old town was easy and cheap. Private parking in the basement is a big plus point. The hosts has taken extra care to equip the apartment to ensure their guest have all that they need for a great stay. We had an absolutely enjoyable and comfortable stay! Wished we could have stayed longer.
Alan and Katarina were very helpful! Recommended rally nice places to visit and restaurant. The flat was lovely, calm and very clean with all the supplies we needed. Local super market at walking distance. Strongly recommend it !
We spent 4 nights in Alan&Katarina’s place and we feel like we are home . All the facilities, furniture and space is perfect. The place is little bit far from old town but if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable community to stay, this place is wonderful!

We are Alan & Katarina, a married couple living in Dubrovnik. We are proud to be Airbnb Superhosts! We would be happy to accommodate you during your stay in Dubrovnik and look forward to meeting you :-) Katarina: Born and raised in Canada by Croatian parents, I moved to Dubrovnik in 2006 to attend University. Upon graduation I decided to stay in this beautiful city, where I met Alan 8 years ago...the rest is history. We are now married 3 years and have a little girl named Eva :-) I am currently a Wedding Planner for couples getting married in Dubrovnik from abroad. I absolutely LOVE my job! Alan: Born in Dusseldorf Germany, I moved to Dubrovnik with my family when I was 4 years old. I consider Dubrovnik my hometown and am happy to help guests with advice on where to go and what to see from a local perspective. We are both foodies and love to travel as well. While traveling we have learned what guests would expect when visiting another country, which is why we are extremely passionate about providing our guests with as much information upon their arrival to help them experience our city in the best possible way.
