Abdo’s space is a budget option, which was obvious throughout our 3 night stay. It is “ok” if you only need a place to sleep. The place can sleep 6, but does not feel like it can host 6 throughout the day. For example, we weren’t able to all fit comfortably on the couch, or all sit anywhere in the kitchen. The thermostat seemed to be nonfunctional, as we could not get the place to change temperature all weekend. The listing says 10 mins to Boston/airport, which is simply incorrect. It’s roughly 10 mins to closest train station which is then a 20-30 min train ride to Boston and it’s about a 30 min drive to the airport. On our last night, we saw a mouse scramble through the kitchen, which I didn’t want to include in my review, but when I brought the critter to Abdo’s attention, he never responded, and I’ve given him just shy of two weeks to say something before submitting this review.

Abdo's apartment was perfect for my needs during my 12 nights' stay in the Boston area. I was visiting my son who would be working from home during the week. The apartment is set in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is spacious with a separate living room , two bedrooms, and a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances including full-size washer and dryer. I could walk to everything including the MBTA orange line station to Boston. Bus stops were close by so it was a well-connected place. The mystic river and the surrounding park are is close by as is the Encore casino. Abdo was a wonderful host. He was approachable and would respond promptly to any queries and issues. When I mentioned to him that my son was going to work from home, he proactively provided a comfortable workspace for us, and a kitchen table too. I loved my stay here and would definitely plan to stay here again if it is available during my next visit.

We had a quick stay looking for a place near the airport for a 6 am flight with 4 kids. This place checked all the boxes. The right number of beds, easy to get to, onsite free parking for 1 car and close to food options. The home was very clean and matches the pictures. Abdo was helpful and responsive the entire stay, before and after. Would very much recommend

this place was great for what I needed. Abdo was very responsive and helpful. I personally had some issues and Abdo was super patient and accommodating for me. I am definitely keeping this place on my list to return to if ever back in the area

Abdo's place is in very convenient location, local bus and metro station easily approachable. Groceries within 5min walking distance. He has a parking space which is the best part. Place is clean and private. I went to Boston for a conference and I really loved his place. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay there if I happen to visit Boston next time.
