I have given the place 5 stars but this was due to Ria being extremely helpful as unfortunately due to work being done on the apartments which was beyond Ria’s control we could not stay their, Ria was amazing and booked us a hotel opposite the apartments, you could not ask for more then that from her, we stay in this area all the time and even tho we did not stay there the area is the best as it is near everything. The only thing is the hill coming back up is quite steep but don’t let that put you off, even tho we did not stay here, we did drive by the apartments and look lovely, so hopefully the next time we come to Bournemouth we will stay at Ria’s apartment as the location is exactly what you want for Bournemouth, the bic is at the end of the road about 10 minute walk and Bournemouth theatre is across the road from the bic, beach is at the end of the apartment road, close to the pier. Thank you Ria for booking the hotel as a replacement could not ask better from the host. 5 stars

the flat looks like in the pictures, it wasn't the cleanest even though it seems to have been recently renovated, the bed sheets are stained as well as the towels, it smells like drugs sometimes (it probably depends on who else is staying), the oven and hood are unusable because of the smell, after the sofa I found a dirty towel and some objects from probably other customers. PROS: it looks modern, smart TV, water and heat without problems, low price, the beach is a few minutes' walk away, shops and restaurants are 1 minute away, you can park on the street at night or during the day for only 2 hours, but at the same time you can park at TRAVELODGE £7/24H video surveillance. If I were to come back, I would definitely come back, but I won't do this because it seems silly to use dirty bed sheets and towels. If the owner fixes this problem, he will only have to win!
