This self catering garden cottage has a separate entrance and is located about 8 metres behind the main house. The property is situated in a quiet leafy suburb bordering the Royal Cape Golf Course. it is furnished and serviced with all basic living facilities. The separate patio door leads from the bedroom onto a scenic and tranquil garden with large shared swimming pool. It is close to the M5 highway and bus and train station. Off street parking is available behind a remote controlled gate. The unit comprises of a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. The bedroom is spacious. It has a double bed as well as a desk/table and office chair/kitchen chairs. It has a clothing cupboard with shelves and hanging space. There is a 32" TV with netflix and a cooling fan. The kitchen is fitted and has a electric hob (3 plates), refridgerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, toaster, electric kettle as well as all basic cooking requirements/utensils including a one plate gas stove and kettle for use during loadshedding. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower, hand basin and toilet. There is an entrance to the unit via the kitchen as well as a patio door leading from the bedroom onto the patio/garden area with patio table, chairs and umbrella.

Perfect stay! Colleen & Graham were very warm and welcoming when I arrived, excellent communication and the space had everything I needed - garden, work desk, comfortable and peacful bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Great spot for a couple nights stay! 100% recommend

Colleen was a wonderful host and went over and above to accommodate our needs. She was very welcoming and friendly and checked in on us during our stay. We really appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and flexibility with a late check-in and extending our stay. The place was neat, clean and comfortable and had all the basics that were needed. Colleen and her husband are true example of humanity and great hospitality. Their place may a bit small and suitable for a single but their warm and big heart cannot be matched they make you feel at home. Every day they will ask you 'is everything OK, did you sleep well last night, anything you need help with, are you enjoying cape town and everytime they go to the shop they check with you in case need something from the shop. Ask them about anything about Cape town, you get the best advice and you will have a wonderful and safest travelling around Cape town. Colleen's place is a home away from home.
