We loved this flat! The beds are incredibly comfortable. There are TVs in each room. The bathroom is spacious and the fan works great so it doesn't get "humid" when you're trying to get ready for the day. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed for the week. Parking in the lot across the street was definitely convenient especially on street cleaning days where you have to avoid certain street parking. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs! You are in the middle of Downtown Newark so you will hear occasional sirens and the hustle and bustle of the morning rush hour for people going into work and such. There is a great Whole Foods store with a parking garage a few blocks away for any groceries or personal needs. Pita Square off of Halsey Street was really good if you like falafel and such! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay, you can tell you put thought and love into your AirBNB with all the decor and small touches. Bravo!
Shelly And Abe are great hosts, the flat is beautiful and clean with big rooms, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. From Penn Station you can reach Manhattan in 15 minutes. If I had any question they replied me in some minutes and helped in everything. We had a great journey, enjoyed the stay at Shelly And Abe place and will come back soon. Thanks 🙃

Our hosts were very accessible, responsive, and friendly. Made us feel at home even before we arrived. Attentive to details and happy to answer our questions about the apartment and the area. The apartment was bright and comfortable - and much bigger than we expected. The location was fantastic; walkable to everything. Plenty of parking options in the neighborhood and easy access to Penn Station. We would happily stay there again.
