My sister, her family and I had a great stay at Zach's! We wanted a great location for the solar eclipse and we found it at Zach's. The house is clean, comfortable and homey - adults and toddlers fit right in and enjoyed the setting. The beds were very comfortable and the area made a dark, peaceful sleep. The outdoor area is comfortable with a peaceful view of the marsh and lots of wildlife. Zach is a thoughtful host, excellent communicator and friendly. One thing that caught me a bit off guard was the proximity to the Davis-Besse nuclear plant. Though Zach's description included this, I wasn't aware of what it meant. It gave us a good giggle every time we saw it just because it was an unexpected surprise. We quickly became comfortable with the situation after a quick google search of any heath implications. The view of the wildlife and marsh, proximity to the lake, and friendly neighborhood made it easy to overlook the plant. Thanks, Zach!

We stayed here during the month of March for the Davis Besse refueling outage. The host Zach met us during check-in to make sure we made it inside the house ok. He would message us weekly to see how our stay was going. He would also bring a few goodies (bottled water, snacks, toilet paper). The place was clean and was located in a small quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.
