Condo was beautiful. Exactly as pictured. We loved using the grill and the hot tub! Beautiful view and very close to the grocery store, restaurants and Arches.
This was my second time staying at this location, last time in a different condo but this one in particular caught my eye because of the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was dirty, had hair all in it, and scum all around the sides so we didn’t use it. We notified the host and he had the pool maintenance people come by while we were out but the water never cleared up the whole trip. We rented the place and spent the extra money specifically for the hot tub. Everything else was pretty good and worked as expected. The twin beds did have oddly squeaky frames that were annoying at night, especially if sharing the room.
This is a gracious apartment set back from the street for quiet but still possible to walk to stores and restaurants in Moab. I loved the high ceilings, Open floor plan, and two person tiled shower. Kitchen was very workable. Easy to communicate with Tyler and when we wanted to add on an extra day he worked it out for us. A Nice to come back to after a day of hiking in the national parks.
