You'll have a double room and the choice of 2 shared bathrooms. Our warm, welcoming home consists of myself, my partner, our 19 year old son and a dog. The street is very quiet with no through traffic so you'll have a peaceful night. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit and snacks are provided in the private room, but our kitchen can only be used to eat takeaway food or use the microwave if needed. We aim to make your stay with us as perfect as possible and are LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Quiet, leafy and hilly, Honor Oak and Forest Hill have some of the best views of London from One Tree Hill, which is a 5 minute walk away, as well as attractions such as the Horniman Museum, a 15 minute walk away. Slightly further afield are Dulwich, Peckham and Crystal Palace, all within a short bus ride or longer walk. Honor Oak Park station is under 10 minutes walk away, with great links to Central London.
Free parking on our street at all times or we can let guests have our driveway if they wish. Great transport links on buses and overground trains.
