loved this Airbnb! Stayed the night because i was graduating at UofA. Close to UofA but private and quiet. The Husband and I both loved the boho decor and overall vibe. Extremely comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure, and very cozy. Sara was very proactive in communicating and friendly! We loved being greeted by some sweet kitties outside and the place was clean. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

We weren't there long but it was definitely nice and comfortable. Definitely read the information Sara provides regarding arrival and check-in. My failure to do so (and arriving in the dark) resulted in missing it a few times. During our stay severe weather passed through the area (tornado watch and severe storm warnings). The apartment felt extremely secure and even featured an alert system. Excellent room darkening. Very easy to access Fayetteville.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I immediately contacted Sara and she immediately responded. She had a cleaning service that came in and had not had a chance to check the quality of their work. The next morning she came down and cleaned the room top to bottom and it met and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Most definitely a great place to stay, only a few miles from Fayetteville & so easy to find. Fit our needs perfectly. Will stay there again if/when the opportunity arises. Thank you Sara!

Affordable option close to restaurants and bars in Fayetteville! Separate room on the lower level provided plenty of space and felt private from the rest of the house.
