Valley Elite Property Management specializes in the management of short term rentals and full time investment property management currently throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. We handle everything from acquiring the properties, remodel/renovations, project and contractor management, to the design/furnishing, and accommodations. After we have a BNB ready for guests we manage the account, guest communications, scheduling, repairs/maintenance, security, and cleaning/restock. We strive for a 5 Star Elite BNB experience for our guests in every property we put our name on. Our inventory of BNB’s Consists of personal and family residences as well as managed client residences.
