Very barebones amenities but it is close to everything so that was okay. Could have been cleaner but it was still better than a hotel room any day.
This is a split level home with 3 different heating systems. One in the kitchen, one in the living room area and another upstairs. None were working when we arrived. The split level means there is a step down to the living room and dining area that is separate from the kitchen with small children and adults who aren’t paying attention definitely a trip hazard. The windows in the unit are thin and not well insulated so all of the cold air comes in and the road noise from cars passing by directly outside the window is loud. The kitchen had no utensils, plates, cups, only one corroded pan in the oven. We must have been the first guest and left due to all of the issues. If you can get past all of that the bathrooms are nicely done and the bedrooms and decent size. But be sure to connect with the local host, in advance, and confirm that she knows you are coming. When we arrived and there was an issue with the heat, I called and she thought I was a realtor and asked why I was there. Beware.
