The True North Lodge is an 8 bedroom 10 bathroom paradise! Tucked in the historic Hahn's Peak Village and adjacent to Steamboat Lake State Park and Routt National Forest. This beautiful lodge is in the ultimate rocky mountain playground! The property is surrounded by beautiful views of Steamboat Lake, and Hahn's Peak. Hot tub and easy access, 24 miles north of Steamboat with plenty of parking and ADA access. Perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, corporate retreats and intimate weddings. The property has one ADA accessible bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. There are 7 additional bedrooms on the second floor (5 queen beds and 4 twin beds). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room has a queen sofa bed and also has a loft space that has a daybed (full size) with pull out trundle bed (twin size). The living room has a guest bath as well.

Our stays at the True North Lodge was fantastic. I truly feel like Kat, Job & Nora have thought of everything. This place easily accommodates large groups and has everything you’ll need and more. I will definitely return in the future.
We booked the True North Lodge for a ski weekend with college kids from our church. What a beautiful setting! The great room was perfect for gatherings and having our own well appointed kitchen was very convenient. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having our own private bathrooms. Overall, a great place to relax and get away. It was a terrific experience and we’ll definitely be back!
Great place for large parties. Very spacious with a large gathering area in the center. There is a bar and grill right next door. Will be staying here for future ski trips!
This place is perfect for large groups and the area was gorgeous. We were there in the winter but I bet the lake views in the summer are incredible. We had 16 guys up for a snowmobile weekend and it fit all of us well. There is trailer parking on the north side, enough for 2 larger trailers and a few cars, along with vehicle parking on the west side of the lodge (facing the lodge). Access to the trails, Outpost Restaurant and Hans Peak Cafe were easy. Beds were more comfy than expected. Hot tub was a big hit after long days riding. Job was an exceptional host. Checked in with us occasionally and made sure we had a great stay. Nora was very helpful when she came by to clean and was very welcoming. We helped Job work out some first time kinks that I know will only make the experience better. 5. Stars all around. Definitely recommend to any groups wanting to get away for a weekend. We’ll be back next year!
This was a spectacular trip. The lodge is beautiful, well decorated, and very cozy. The “grand room” common space was perfect for relaxing. The views are incredible. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area for socializing. We didn’t want to leave! And can’t wait to return again. Will be adding this to our favorites list.

Although my husband and I have frequented Airbnbs for years and each hosted at our old places, it was only after recent Airbnb stays in Scotland, London, Williamsburg, Iceland and France that our hosting vision really crystalized. We want our guests not just to have a comfortable stay (that of course is a minimum!) but to enjoy the feels and texture of our charming house and neighborhood the same way we do. We hope all of our guests feel the same way after spending time in our very special home.
