Loved staying at Sarah and Scott’s charming apartment in Lesa. The high ceilinged space is both elegant and rustic, with some prior decoration tastefully kept giving nod to a bygone era. The kitchen is recently updated and very well appointed with all you’d need for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable I asked the hosts who made it. There is a fantastic terrace all to yourself with wonderfully comfortable outdoor furniture and it’s an absolute sun-trap, boasting a view of the lake! There is also a charming little balcony that extends through the master bedroom’s French-doors on the opposite side of the property, so great for privacy amongst groups if desired. Lago Maggiore is a 5 minute walk away through the picturesque village, where you can take a dip and find fantastic restaurants. Strolling around is easy along the waterfront or by taking one of the many Roman paths, and beautiful neighboring towns are easily within walking reach. Would absolutely visit again!
