Well, you get what you pay for. This house was very affordable. It was very spacious and can easily accommodate a large family, but I have to be honest. This house needs some TLC. it had a noticeable smell, walls need to be repainted, the large couch had stains all over it, sliding glass door was very hard to open and close, no cushions on outside patio furniture, no where to put the garbage because the trash cans were full outside the home,no paper towels provided, some of the bedroom blinds need to be replaced. This could be a great place to stay if the owner invests a little time and money into getting things in better condition. The host was responsive throughout the stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious and able to accommodate a large group. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The home is close to many shops and restaurants. Hietham is a great host and responds in a timely manner to any questions or concerns. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great time! Was just what we need to fit our group for a few nights in Disney! Great communication with Host! Will most likely stay there again whenever we go back to Florida!

The house was beautiful, clean, well keep. Host was easy go get in touch with and responded quickly. Neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
