We just finished renovating this home and designed it to be a fun gathering place for large groups and to have a great space for people with little ones . We have a 2 kitchens, full size kitchen upstairs and downstairs is a full kitchen as well that is a couple steps higher than the living room below so it adds a fun dimension to the space. The basement living room has plenty of space to have a fun movie night or by moving the couch out of the way to and set up for some fun ping pong. Upstairs there’s a great kids room with toys a little built in play house with a toddler bed inside. Stored in the kids playroom is a pack n play for infant/toddlers and 3 comfortable bedding and twin sized mattresses that will work for kids or adults. The toddler bed and crib we did include for our count with 15 guests, so 13 adult guests is what we have it set up for. But if you have 15 adults we could accommodate by bringing over 2 more twin mattresses. We have a portable outdoor grill you can use at our home in the yard or take with you to the ski resort and grill up your lunch in the parking lot or to the park. You can place it on a table, the ground or bring the stand to raise it up. Of course let’s not forget in the backyard we have a hot tub!!! Which has been a fun new adventure for us.
