On arrival we found the apartment had not been cleaned or serviced since the departure of the previous guest. However, Colin immediately dealt with this issue having been let down by his cleaner. We returned a couple of hours later to a clean apartment and some thoughtful touches. We also had some hot water issues on day of departure resulting in a cold shower. Once again, Colin was contactable and tried to assist. However, it feels wrong to be negative as the apartment is well positioned, equipped and peaceful and would be of consideration in the future.

This was a perfect place to stay for a theatre visit. We’ve been to Stratford a lot and the free parking certainly made this cosy, quirky, well-equipped little place ideal for us. Colin was very helpful and the surprise goodies were a delicious bonus! We felt very special.

Colin, was a great communicator right from the start. Always responding very quickly and with helpful answers to any questions I had. Place was beautiful and in the best location. Would highly recommend and go back there again.
