A nicely renovated house in a cool neighborhood close to the city center, especially Bui Vien Walking Street. The space was absolutely what was promised: clean, stylish with a comfortable bed and a nice kitchen. I love the matcha shop on the ground floor, their drinks were so tasty and yummy. Nguyen was super responsive and helped me to explore the neighborhood. I will definitely contact Nguyen again when I come to HCMC next time.

Nguyen’s place is perfect for a stay in HCMC. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Bui Vien Walking street but it’s also very central. To be honest the surrounding area is the key hooks, where you can truly experience the local life. A small local market opens every morning on the opposite street where I tried some traditional food. There are lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself, it’s completely quiet. Especially the house is new, very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.
