Amazing property , however tired in some facilities of the property with minimal services provided such as fire wood, toilet paper, dish washing liquids
Great view, filthy house & strangers at the property. Terrible experience! Significant cleanliness issue & visitors arrived to the property - relations of the owner! The main bedroom mattress had a urine stain, broken fan light, dust everywhere, the floor moves under the rusty shower head & bathroom door was missing. Lounge doors would jam, the tv had wifi error, oven is filthy & dishwasher was broken, a freezer full of somebody’s old food, beer bottles & grime on fridge top, fireplace full of ash, dirty bbq on a machinery table. Lounge furniture is shabby with cigarette burns. There is significant road noise day/night. There’s no mention that 165 is a ‘shared accommodation ’. Random people camped in the nearby container shed for 3 days. GORH’s own website & Airbnb listing never states that this property is communal. For a premium price, the details & images are very misleading & deceptive. 1 night refund was offered, then $1000 after my complaints to Airbnb for a ruined Easter.
Comms on key pick up was poor. Place was dusty on entry. Has to organise own sheets which was frustrating. No wifi that was just as frustrating.
