Enjoy stunning spaces: With 4.5m high ceilings and huge rooms, a huge kitchen, and beautiful architectural features you will enjoy a comfortable stay. The flat is very silent. Beds are brand new and comfortable. The house is situated in a beautiful and very safe area of the city. This flat features a huge modern window overlooking the generous patio. Great for summer ! The downstairs bathroom has just been entirely redone and is gorgeous. The main two bedrooms feature 2 double beds. There is an additional sofa bed.

The best location (very safe)and best customer service. The house is spacious and clean, and it is easy to visit Bruxelles from this location with public transport or private car , it is close to different shops including restaurants and supermarkets. The host provides some information regarding the location of shops according to our needs. If you need to need to visit Bruxelles, I would advise you to book this house/accommodation. Barnabé
Eine nette Wohnung in einer tollen Lage.
Une bonne expérience dans le logement de Daniel : L'appartement de type loft est très spacieux (nous y avons séjourné à 6 personnes) et présente de beaux volumes. L'immeuble est très cossu. La grande baie vitrée donne beaucoup de cachet. A noter : une seule salle de bains avec WC ce qui n'est pas toujours très pratique quand on est un groupe de voyageurs. Les chambres ne sont séparées que par un rideau. Le quartier est l'un des meilleurs de Bruxelles.

This townhouse is situated on one of the most prestigious Avenues of Brussels. We are next to Place Brugmann, the heart of the upperclass area of Ixelles. Walk around the area and enjoy great restaurants, lots of supermarkets and shops and beautiful arcitecture.
Bus 136 will take you from Gare du Midi to Avenue Lepoutre in 16 minutes.
Here a train takes you to Zaventem airport or the shuttle bus takes you to Charleroi airport. From here the subway also takes you anywhere in the city.
