This place is very clean, spacious, peaceful and really lovely. It had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is close to a pretty lake and downtown Taylor that has plenty of restaurants and cute new shops.

For my third review I will feature the outside spaces which, not surprisingly, are great. The covered front porch is a comfortable spot to watch the exciting comings and goings in Taylor but the back yard is the real standout. We spent a lot of time on the large deck in the back which has a killer view of the lake in Murphy Park. There are 4 comfy chairs, a table big enough for dining, and a BBQ grill. One evening, we watched tons and tons of egrets commuting back to their homes at the park as the sun set.

April was the absolute best and most welcoming host I have ever had the pleasure to meet after nearly a decade of Airbnb. This little home is beautiful and pristine. Do not miss!

Lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped house. Photos give an accurate description. Generous supplies of kitchen essentials. Warm and snug in the winter with good beds and plenty of warm bedding. Location ideal for a walk to downtown Taylor. April reached out to ensure we had the best possible stay. Good WiFi and great TV package included. Large deck great for watching the sun set over the lake - with a cold beer of course.... Walmart and H-E-B just a 5 minute drive away. This property fully deserves its 5* rating.
