Kristin was a great host. Very quick to respond to all of my messages. The check-in instructions, although a little complicated, were clear and easy to follow. Our car didn't fit inside the garage, wish we would've asked-but luckily there are 2 surface spots available. The downside of that is there are several flights of stairs to get to the elevator. But the condo itself is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. My group consisted of 2 families with 3 small children collectively. Some things to keep in mind if you have littles: There were several things that we needed to move out of reach of the kiddos; there was 1 pack n' play, but no high chair or kids plates/cups/utensils; the second floor has direct access to stairs with no doorway in between. This location was conveniently close to the shuttle stop to the village and an easy drive if you choose to do that. We would definitely recommend Kristin's place and would stay there again! Kristin was a fantastic host! The place was perfect for our group! We loved the hot tubs and pool, it was a great way to relax after a long day skiing and snowboarding! The place was super clean and comfortable. Kristin has thought of all the little details! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed for making meals during our trip. The smart TVs had all our favorite streaming apps available for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, complete with plenty of clean sheets, blankets and pillows. The bus stops right across the street to take you to the slopes. Very convenient! I highly recommend Kristin’s place, and we will definitely look to stay here again the next time our group goes to Vail! 😁👍🏻

We had a great family vacation and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Kirstin was very nice and resolved some doubts we had.

The host was very responsive and helpful and we had lots of space for our family of 6. Everything in the house worked and the kitchen was well stocked. The home is exactly as described and photographed.
